English is a global language, and it is indeed taught in whatever year level starting from elementary level, high school and tertiary. Teaching English as our second language is very essential in elementary level most specifically in Grade 3 that is why this reviewer is made. The prior goal of this is to measure the language proficiency of a Grade 3 student and to review them with their lesson within a year.
