1. IT ENABLES THE STUDENTS to learn anytime and anywhere. It allows them to receive instruction or have access to lectures despite geographic and time disparities.

 
2. It provides learners the ability to ‘pause and rewind’ and the advantage of moving at their own pace. If they need to read or listen to a lecture a second time (as in the case of video-recorded lecture), or think about a question for awhile, they may do so without fearing that they will hold back the rest of the class.
