30 MINUTES FOR AN E-PASSPORT? Not really...

ALMOST 4 HOURS… 4 hours as opposed to the 30 minutes declared by the 'PGMA legacy' (as seen on TV and movie theatre widescreens)--the number of hours it took me and my family to apply for an E-passport.
